Welcome to Fotolokashen, a professional film production management and location sharing service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this app you must agree to the full terms of service outlined here. These terms of service may be reviewed from the home page at any time and may periodically be updated.

2. Age

Any person must be at least 18 at the time of registry to use this service. There are no exceptions to this.

3. Your Member Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at security@fotolokashen.com. Do not share your account with anyone.

4. Content

You retain ownership of your uploaded images but you agree and grant fotolokashen license to use, display, and distribute your content as part of the service. By agreeing to these terms you acknowledge ownership or permission to use all images you upload. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload. When you upload an image and it is displayed, you are attributed.

5. Your Images

Your images are sent to ImageKit, a CDN. Your images are compressed to optimize data transfers. This means when you upload an image the original quality is permanently changed. Do not use Fotolokashen to store ORIGINAL FILES — you will lose data in this process.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use fotolokashen to: violate any laws, infringe on others' rights, distribute malware, spam users, pitch products, or engage in any harmful activity. We do monitor images for inappropriate content. While fairly liberal, Fotolokashen admins are the final arbiters for content issues.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
